Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining, seeks a Business Development Manager for mining in Perth, WA. You will manage nominated mining owner accounts across WA, build trusted relationships, and drive capital-efficient project pipelines.

You will develop account plans, identify opportunities, and convert specifications to Victaulic joining systems while addressing technical and commercial objections with value-led proposals. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven senior BD, key account or strategic sales experience in B2B industrial environments.
• Established WA mining owner network and ability to engage owners.
• Deep knowledge of mining process systems, plant infrastructure and piping.
• Strong commercial acumen with CAPEX/OPEX case experience.
• Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Understand each account's structure, decisions, capex cycles, and priorities.
• Develop tailored account plans aligning Victaulic solutions with owners’ goals.
• Identify and register new mining project opportunities (brownfield/greenfield).
• Drive conversion to Victaulic joining systems using master specs and docs.
• Deliver value-led selling addressing engineering and procurement objections.
• Present CAPEX and OPEX business cases showing cost reductions and savings.
• Represent Victaulic at industry events, site visits and briefings.
• Contribute insights to product development and market entry planning.
