Job summary

Foot Locker EMEA in Cairns is seeking a Store Manager to lead in-store operations and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume all managerial duties and drive sales and profitability for the store.

You will coach, train, and develop staff, manage visual merchandising, asset protection, and day-to-day operations while ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement across the omni-channel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Confident engaging with customers to deliver elevated experience.
• Motivated by interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Resourceful and versatile in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis and financial analysis.
• High ethics, values, integrity and trust.
• Flexible availability – nights, weekends and holidays.
