Job summary

Foot Locker Australia is seeking a Store Manager-in-Training to lead in-store operations, training, visual merchandising and asset protection. In the absence of the Store Manager, you’ll assume managerial duties and be measured on sales and profitability for the store.

You will coach the team, deepen product knowledge, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards and driving omni-channel performance across a local Foot Locker location.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a customer-facing sales setting (minimum 1 year).
• Confident engaging customers to deliver elevated experiences.
• Motivated to achieve strong results from customer interactions.
• Resourceful and versatile in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates tasks without supervision and takes ownership.
• Strong cognitive and numerical skills including analysis and decision making.
