The Coles Group is seeking a Store Leader in Australia to drive store performance, customer experience and a welcoming community focus. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional presentation and meet key commercial targets.

You’ll coach 100+ team members, foster a one-team culture that prioritises safety and wellbeing, and guide merchandising, safety, and audits while enabling learning and development across the store.

Qualifications

• Must lead and coach a large team (100+).
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex retail environment.
• Assist Store Manager to meet/exceed commercial targets.
• Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards.
