The Coles Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-million dollar store in Australia. You will drive commercial targets, deliver the retail plan, and provide outstanding customer service while leading a large team.

As a Store Manager, you will ensure visual merchandising, safety and compliance standards are met and foster a one-team culture that prioritizes health, safety and wellbeing. This role requires experience in fast-paced retail and customer-centric leadership.

Qualificações

• Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
• Proven experience in a fast paced, complex environment
• To ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded
• To keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met
• To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
• To drive a one team culture which puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
