Job summary

Coles Group in Australia is seeking a Store Leader to manage the customer service department and front-of-store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee checkouts, the service desk and contribute to a welcoming, well-presented store for customers and the local community.

You will lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, rostering requirements and cost controls while maintaining safe, high service standards across busy checkout areas.
