Job summary

The Coles Group in Jamison is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-volume Coles supermarket. You will own the store P&L, drive sales, and develop a large team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll implement the retail plan, optimise store operations, and ensure safety, compliance, and visual standards are consistently met to serve the local community.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
• Proven experience in a fast paced, complex environment
• To ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded
• Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met
