The Coles Group is seeking a capable Leader to support all operational and people aspects of a Coles store in Sydney. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive exceptional customer experiences and a well-presented store that reflects our brand standards.

Join a dynamic team where you will coach a large workforce, uphold safety and compliance, and contribute to community connections while achieving store targets and delivering results for Australian shoppers.

Competenze

• Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+).
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Assist Store Manager to meet or exceed key commercial targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards are met.
• Customer obsessed and understand diverse customers.
• Drive a one team culture focused on health, safety and wellbeing.
