The Coles Group is seeking a capable Store Leader to drive front-of-store operations, manage customer service and checkout teams, and ensure the store provides an exceptional shopping experience for customers and the local community.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll coach your team, optimise rostering and costs, uphold safety standards, and create a welcoming, well-presented store that reflects Coles’ values and supports sales growth.

• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to meet targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the checkout area.
