Job summary

The Coles Group is seeking a Leader to drive day-to-day management of the online team, customer service team, inventory, and office in charge activities. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will influence store profitability and customer experience across channels.

You will promote a one-team culture focused on health, safety and wellbeing, support continuous improvement, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient operations and exceptional service.
