Bailey Nelson Toowoomba is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in our Toowoomba store. You will drive sales, coach staff, and partner with our Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.

You will bring proven store management experience in optics or retail, strong leadership, and a commercial mindset. Bailey Nelson offers leadership development, incentives, and a supportive, inclusive culture.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
