Job summary

Bailey Nelson Australia Franchising Pty Ltd is seeking a driven Store Manager for our Mosman store to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth. You will collaborate with an in-house optometrist to balance retail and clinical success in a fast-paced boutique setting.

The role offers a competitive OTE and a clear path for leadership development across AU/NZ, with access to world-class training, annual conferences, and a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at Senior Store Manager level.
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; training will be provided.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

• Run a smooth, efficient operation, without ever compromising on service

What we're looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
