Job summary

Bailey Nelson Australia Franchising Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a Sydney Metro store. You will coach the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain a vibrant store culture, while partnering with the in-store Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.

The role is based in Sydney with opportunities for leadership development and a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven store management experience in optics or retail at a senior level.
• Optics experience is highly regarded; supervisory/management experience in retail is acceptable.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Confident in driving sales through honest recommendations.

What we’re looking for

• ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level(or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
