Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches in NSW, Australia. You will build high-performing teams, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while partnering with our Optometrist to grow retail and clinical success.

This role offers strong leadership development, ongoing training, and a clear path to promotion within BN as the store network expands. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, inclusive brand.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a passion for developing others.
• Keen focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

What we’re looking for

• ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
