Bailey Nelson in Manly is looking for a driven Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own daily operations, drive sales performance and ensure the store performs at its best in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.

• Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendation s
