Bailey Nelson in Manly is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, foster a high-energy culture, and collaborate with an in-store Optometrist to balance retail and clinical success.

This role rewards leadership and a customer-first approach, with growth opportunities and strong training support across BN’s AU/NZ network.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; otherwise supervisory/management experience in retail, hospitality or similar qualifies.
• Strong alignment with values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, and constantly improving.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations.
• High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop others.
• Commercial mindset with drive to achieve results.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
