Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Perth is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our brand-new Cockburn store opening late November 2026. You will oversee a passionate team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; otherwise retail leadership experience encouraged

What we’re looking for

• ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level(or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
