Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a Store Manager across Sydney Metro and the East to lead and develop high-performing teams, boost customer experiences, and drive sales performance.

You will partner with Optometrists to grow both retail and clinical success while maintaining efficient store operations and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of developing teams.
• Ability to drive sales through honest recommendations and high-energy leadership.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
