Bailey Nelson is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Sydney Metro/East store. You will coach a high-performing team, drive sales, and partner with the Optometrist to grow retail and clinical success.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining energetic, positive store culture. We’re offering strong earning potential with base pay, super, and monthly/annual bonuses.

Qualificações

• Proven Store Management experience at a Senior level in Optics or Retail.
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; otherwise strong retail leadership is welcome.

• Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
