Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Sydney’s Lower North Shore seeks a Store Manager to lead and grow the team, delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and achieving targets. You will coach staff, foster a positive store culture and partner with the optometrist to blend retail and clinical success.

The role demands energy, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for developing others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; otherwise supervisory/management in retail, hospitality or similar and keen to learn.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
