• Coach, mentor and develop your team, building capability and empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently and proudly.

• Bring Optus' strategy to life in-store by running smooth, efficient operations and continuously finding opportunities to uplift outcomes, performance and overall customer experience.
• Address raised customer concerns with calm professionalism, modelling effective de-escalation and guiding your team in resolving complex or sensitive situations.
• Drive team engagement by celebrating wins, setting meaningful goals, fostering continuous learning, and strengthening collaboration across your store and the wider region.
