Job summary

Coles Group in Rockhampton is seeking a Store Manager to lead a large team and drive store performance. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering the store retail plan and ensuring outstanding customer service and staff development.

You will manage a high-volume store, uphold safety and merchandising standards, and collaborate across departments to meet commercial targets and deliver a great shopping experience for the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+).
• Experience in fast paced, complex retail environments.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
• Adherence to Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards.
