Job summary

The Coles Group in Armidale seeks a Store Manager to lead a busy, multi-million dollar Coles store. You will drive customer service, merchandising excellence and store performance, ensuring targets are met and safety standards are maintained.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll develop your team, deliver annual plans and act as the store’s face of Coles in the community. This is a senior leadership role with inclusive, development-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Coach and develop a large team (100+).
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintain Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and auditing standards.
• Customer obsessed and continually understand diverse customers.
