Coles Group in Cairnlea is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume Coles Supermarkets store. You will be at the forefront of driving commercial targets, delivering the store plan, and ensuring outstanding customer service while managing a large team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all store operations, visual merchandising, safety compliance, and team development to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Coaching, leading and developing a large team (100+).
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of a multi-million dollar Coles store.
• Achieve key commercial targets and deliver the store retail plan.
• Be accountable for all aspects of the store and provide exceptional customer service.
