Universal Store in Maitland is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, foster a strong store culture, and deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced youth fashion environment. You will coach and develop a large, diverse team, drive sales performance, and manage rostering, budgets, and payroll to meet targets while maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience across shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• A warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.

• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade.
