Job summary

Universal Store is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead from the front, cultivate a strong store culture, and create standout customer experiences within a youth fashion environment.

You will oversee a Tuesday–Saturday roster, coach a large team, drive sales and profitability, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and operations while maintaining an energetic, customer-focused store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with a strong and visible floor presence
• Inspire, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to build future leaders
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences in line with Universal Store service standards
• Drive sales performance and store profitability through strong cost and productivity management
• Manage rostering, budgets, and scheduling to achieve business and payroll targets
• Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and overall store efficiency
• Recruit, train, and support team members through clear, honest, and constructive feedback
• Uphold and role‑model Universal Store’s values, culture, and brand expectations
