Universal Store in Australia is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our youth fashion retail team with energy and vision. You will drive daily store operations, coach a diverse team, and deliver standout customer experiences while championing sales targets and profitability.

This role follows a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade and weekends, with a strong emphasis on culture, visual standards, rostering, and staff development within a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience across both shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• A warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident in delivering feedback and communicating effectively at all levels.
