Universal Store is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Store Manager to lead from the front, build a vibrant store culture, and deliver standout customer experiences.

The successful candidate will manage a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late-night trade, and will coach a diverse team to achieve high performance in a fast-paced youth fashion retail environment.

• Recruit, train, and support team members through clear, honest, and constructive feedback

• Strong retail background with hands‑on experience across both shop floor and stockroom
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading medium to large teams
