Universal Store is seeking a passionate, creative retail leader to step into the Store Manager role. This is a fast-paced environment where you will lead from the front, build a strong store culture, and create standout customer experiences.

You will oversee rostering, budgets, and scheduling, drive sales growth, and develop a large team across both shop floor and stockroom. This role requires a visible leadership style and a commitment to Universal Store’s values.

• Strong retail background across shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven Store Manager experience leading medium to large teams.
• Warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.

• Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards, and overall store efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and support team members through clear, honest, and constructive feedback.
• Uphold and role-model Universal Store’s values, culture, and brand expectations.

The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade.
