Job summary

Universal Store in Port Macquarie is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead daily store operations, build a strong culture, and deliver standout customer experiences. You will manage a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late-night trading, and drive sales performance while maintaining store profitability.

The successful candidate will coach a large team, develop future leaders, and uphold the brand standards across visual merchandising and service.

Qualifications
