Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a Senior HR Advisor in Western Australia (Perth). This standalone role gives you ownership of HR operations locally while supporting cross-border integration into a global network.

You will lead hands-on HR across the full employee lifecycle, advise leaders on people matters, manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts and payroll coordination, and drive policy implementation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR Generalist experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR services.
• Experience with ER matters and investigations.
• Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Awards.
• Payroll coordination exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee relations and performance matters.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and contracts.
• Implement and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain HRIS and coordinate payroll with external provider.
• Support change and integration initiatives and coach leaders.
