Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a Senior HR Advisor in Western Australia (Perth). This standalone role gives you ownership of HR operations locally while supporting cross-border integration into a global network.

You will lead hands-on HR across the full employee lifecycle, advise leaders on people matters, manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts and payroll coordination, and drive policy implementation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR Generalist experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR services.
• Experience with ER matters and investigations.
• Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Awards.
• Payroll coordination exposure.

Responsibilities

Description

As the standalone HR representative in WA, you'll be responsible for delivering hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including:

• Employee relations and performance matters
• Recruitment support and onboarding
• Contracts and HR administration
• Policy implementation and compliance
• HRIS and process management
• Payroll coordination with an external provider
• Supporting change and integration initiatives
• Coaching and supporting leaders across the business

Profile

We're looking for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who can operate independently and build strong relationships across the organisation.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 5+ years' HR Generalist experience
• Strong end-to-end HR operations capability
• Experience managing ER matters and investigations
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
• Exposure to payroll processes or payroll coordination
• The ability to work autonomously and confidently support leaders
