Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in Canning Vale, WA is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support the WA business of a global organisation. You will be the main contact for the WA team, partnering with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will manage end-to-end HR generalist duties including employee relations, performance, payroll inputs, talent, HR operations, and organisational change, with opportunities to engage in ANZ projects.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience interpreting Awards.
• Experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Exposure to payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary HR contact for the WA business.
• Partner with leaders on day-to-day people matters.

Senior HR Advisor | Full-Time Permanent

The role

This is a key HR position supporting the WA business of a global organisation, with plenty of variety across the broader people function. As the Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be the main contact for the WA team, partnering closely with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting to a senior HR leader based interstate, this role will cover the full end-to-end HR generalist function, including employee relations, performance, payroll inputs, talent, HR operations, and organisational change.

There’s also the opportunity to get involved in broader ANZ projects, working with the wider People team.

Your role

• Act as the primary HR contact for the WA business
• Partner with leaders and managers on day-to-day people matters

About You

An experienced HR generalist who is comfortable working independently and enjoys having broad exposure across the people function and the go-to person for all HR related matters!
