Job summary

Randstad HR Partners - Melbourne is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support our WA business. You will be the go-to contact for the WA team, partnering with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

You will handle end-to-end HR generalist responsibilities, including employee relations, performance, payroll inputs, and HR operations, with opportunities to contribute to ANZ-wide projects. A strong knowledge of Australian employment law is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR generalist with broad exposure across the people function
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation

• Exposure to payroll administration or working with a payroll provider

• Support talent management, succession planning and leadership development
• Assist with organisational change and people projects

Job description

This is a key HR position supporting the WA business of a global organisation, with plenty of variety across the broader people function. As the Senior HR Advisor, you'll be the main contact for the WA team, partnering closely with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting to a senior HR leader based interstate, this role will cover the full end-to-end HR generalist function, including employee relations, performance, payroll inputs, talent, HR operations, and organisational change.

There's also the opportunity to get involved in broader ANZ projects, working with the wider People team.
