Job summary

Randstad HR Partners in WA is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support the WA business of a global organisation. You will be the primary HR contact, partnering with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including ER, performance, payroll inputs, and HR operations.

Reporting to a senior HR leader, the role covers end-to-end HR generalist functions and opportunities to contribute to ANZ-wide people projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience interpreting Awards.
• Experience across employee relations and performance management.
• Exposure to payroll administration or working with a payroll provider.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for the WA business.
• Partner with leaders and managers on day-to-day people matters.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and work with external payroll providers.
• Provide practical advice across employee relations, performance and workplace policies.

Senior HR Advisor | Full-Time Permanent

Canning Vale, Western Australia

The role

This is a key HR position supporting the WA business of a global organisation, with plenty of variety across the broader people function. As the Senior HR Advisor, you’ll be the main contact for the WA team, partnering closely with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting to a senior HR leader based interstate, this role will cover the full end-to-end HR generalist function, including employee relations, performance, payroll inputs, talent, HR operations, and organisational change.

There’s also the opportunity to get involved in broader ANZ projects, working with the wider People team.

Your role

• Act as the primary HR contact for the WA business
• Partner with leaders and managers on day-to-day people matters

About you

An experienced HR generalist who is comfortable working independently and enjoys having broad exposure across the people function and the go-to person for all HR related matters!
