Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience in interpreting awards is essential.
• Experience on HRIS, payroll administration or payroll vendor management (e.g. ADP) is preferred.
• Be able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Perth business, providing trusted advice across a broad range of people matters.
• Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and change initiatives.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management and retention.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
• Coach and support people leaders on performance, development, and workplace policies.
• Lead local and regional HR projects, including organisational development and continuous improvement.
• Deliver compliant HR operations, HRIS administration and payroll coordination.
• Maintain high-quality employee data and produce people reports and insights.
