Cisco Systems, Inc in Sydney is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Splunk Shared Services. You will support customer engagements across Australia and New Zealand, delivering technical demonstrations and creating value through security, observability and IT operations insights.

You'll collaborate with sales, partners and customers to understand goals, run PoCs, build dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable outcomes, while thriving in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Presales, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success or Engineering.
• Experience working with customers to understand requirements, solve technical challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in one or more of: Security/Observability/Cloud or IT Operations/Data Analytics/Enterprise Software.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to support customer engagements across ANZ.
• Participate in customer discovery conversations to understand business goals, technical challenges and desired outcomes.
• Deliver engaging demonstrations aligned to customer requirements and use cases.
• Support workshops, proof-of-concept activities and technical validation engagements.
• Build dashboards, searches and use cases that showcase practical customer outcomes.
• Help customers understand the value of Splunk across Security, Observability and IT Operations.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend practical next steps.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement.
