Cisco, building on the Splunk portfolio, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the APJC Geo Solutions Engineering team. You will support customer engagements across Australia and New Zealand, working with Account Executives, Specialists and Partners to demonstrate and tailor technical solutions.

In this role you will build dashboards and use cases, run workshops and proof-of-concept activities, and help customers understand the value of Splunk across Security, Observability and IT Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Presales.
• Experience understanding customer requirements and delivering outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Security, Observability, IT Operations, Cloud, or Data Analytics domains.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to support customer engagements across ANZ.
• Participate in customer discovery to understand goals and challenges.
• Deliver engaging demonstrations aligned to customer use cases.
• Support workshops, PoCs, and technical validation engagements.
• Build dashboards and searches that show practical outcomes.
• Explain value of Splunk across Security, Observability and IT Operations.
• Collaborate with account teams and partners to drive outcomes.
• Identify challenges and recommend next steps.
• Balance priorities with clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
