Cisco's Splunk team in the APJC region is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support customer engagements across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Specialists, Partners and Customers to deliver technical engagements that address business and technology challenges.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Presales.
• Experience understanding customer requirements and delivering positive outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Security, Observability, IT Operations, Cloud, or Data Analytics.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to support customer engagements across ANZ.
• Participate in customer discovery conversations to understand business goals, technical challenges and desired outcomes.
• Deliver engaging demonstrations aligned to customer requirements and use cases.
• Support workshops, proof-of-concept activities and technical validation engagements.
• Build dashboards, searches and use cases that showcase practical customer outcomes.
• Help customers understand the value of Splunk across Security, Observability and IT Operations.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend practical next steps.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement.
