Cisco Systems, now part of Splunk, is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Sydney-based engagements across Australia and New Zealand. You will work with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Partners to deliver technical engagements that solve business and technology challenges.

You will grow your customer-facing technical career, build expertise across the Splunk portfolio, and help customers realize outcomes across Security, Observability and IT Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Presales, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams to support ANZ engagements.
• Participate in customer discovery conversations to understand goals and challenges.
• Deliver engaging demonstrations aligned to customer requirements and use cases.
• Support workshops, proof-of-concept activities and technical validation engagements.
• Build dashboards, searches and use cases that show practical customer outcomes.
• Help customers understand the value of Splunk across Security, Observability and IT Operations.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend practical next steps.
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
