Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or presales.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Support customer engagements across ANZ with sales and SE teams.
• Participate in discovery conversations to understand goals and challenges.
• Deliver demonstrations aligned to customer requirements and use cases.
• Support workshops and proof-of-concept activities.
• Build dashboards and use cases that show practical outcomes.
• Explain value of Splunk across security, observability and IT operations.
• Collaborate with account teams and partners to drive outcomes.
• Identify challenges and recommend next steps.
• Balance multiple priorities with clear communication.
