Job summary

endota in Martin Place Sydney is seeking a Spa Receptionist/Assistant to deliver high-level customer service across in-spa, phone, and email channels. You will manage bookings, process vouchers and product sales, and handle data entry and inventory duties while assisting with routine housekeeping to keep the spa running smoothly.

The role requires strong IT skills, experience with electronic booking systems (ideally Zenoti), excellent time management, and polished presentation.

Qualifications

• You have previous reception/customer service experience (experience in spa or beauty industry preferred).
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti).
• You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and multitask.
• You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation standards.
• You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
• You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email enquiries and be responsible for data entry/inventory requirements.
• General cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arranging product and other housekeeping tasks supporting spa operations.
