Job summary

endota spa Macquarie is seeking a personable Receptionist to join our fast-paced team. You will deliver exceptional customer service in-spa, on the phone and via email, while managing bookings, vouchers and inventory.

You will support daily spa operations, including stock control, rosters, and end-of-day revenue reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a welcoming presence for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills in spa/retail environments.
• Fluent English with exceptional phone manner.
• Proficient IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-paced team and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in-spa, on the phone and by email.
• Manage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers and inventory.
• Handle email enquiries and orders; general spa housekeeping duties.
• Coordinate stock levels, treatment room allocation and staff rosters.
• Assist with end-of-day revenue balancing and reporting.
