Job summary

endota Green Hills Spa in Stockland Shopping Centre seeks a Spa Receptionist/Assistant to deliver excellent in-spa, phone and email service. You will manage bookings, process vouchers and product sales, answer inquiries and maintain data; also perform light cleaning to support daily spa operations.

You should have reception or customer service experience, strong IT skills (Word/Outlook/Excel) and familiarity with electronic booking systems (Zenoti).

Qualifications

• Reception/customer service experience, spa/beauty industry preferred.
• Proficient IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience using an electronic booking system (Zenoti).
• Excellent time management with ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
• Availability to work late nights and weekends.
• Passionate about the endota brand and aligning with our core values.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment bookings and data entry.
• Process gift vouchers and product sales.
• Answer email enquiries and handle customer communications.
