endota Brighton is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist/Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service in-spa, on the phone, and by email. You’ll handle bookings, vouchers and product sales while keeping data entry and inventory up to date, with duties including cleaning and housekeeping to support daily spa functions.

You’ll need spa or beauty industry reception experience, strong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) and familiarity with Zenoti.

Qualifications

• Previous reception/customer service experience (spa or beauty industry preferred).
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti).
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and multitask.
• Strong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation standards.
• Availability to work late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment bookings in-spa, over the phone and via email.
• Process gift vouchers and product sales.
• Answer email enquiries and perform data entry/inventory duties.
• General cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming and stocking/ arranging products.
• Support the spa operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.

Boasting 8 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

In the role of a Spa Receptionist/Assistant, you will provide excellent customer service to customers in-spa, over the phone and via email. Using your strong IT skills, you will manage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email enquiries and be responsible for data entry/inventory requirements. The role will also include general cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arrangingproductand any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.
