Job summary

endota Wellness College, based in Docklands, Melbourne, is seeking a friendly Customer Experience Host to support staff, students and clients. This permanent part-time role (4 days a week, with Wednesdays off) focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience and smooth campus operations.

You will handle enquiries, assist with bookings, and contribute to a welcoming campus environment while promoting endota products and services.

Qualifications

• Customer service-focused with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments and sales experience is valued.
• Able to manage bookings, records, and inquiries accurately using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries.
• Maintain campus housekeeping and presentation.
• Coordinate client spa bookings and student assessments.
• Ensure front-of-house is well-stocked and inviting.
• Process product and gift voucher sales in retail space.
• Use computer systems to manage bookings and customer records.
• Participate in Open Days and expos as required.

About the role

Our Customer Experience Hosts require a welcoming personality who is passionate about genuine connections with our staff, students and customers. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and is confident using computer systems to support a high‑quality customer experience.

This position is Permanent Part time - 4 days a week (RDO Wednesdays).

Key responsibilities:

• Responding promptly and professionally to all phone and email enquiries.
• Managing the smooth running & housekeeping of our campus.
• Coordinating client spa bookings and student practical assessments.
• Ensuring the campus is clean, well-stocked and well presented.
• Processing endota product and gift voucher sales in our front of house retail space.
• Use computer systems to manage bookings, customer records, and enquiries.
• Participating in Open Days and Evenings (1 Saturday/quarter & 1 weekday evening/quarter), also the occasional external Expo (Saturday).

About you

You are an incredibly welcoming, professionally presented individual who thrives in providing a positive experience for all people accessing our campus. You have a genuine passion and love for internal and external customer service. Your mature minded, can-do attitude, highly organised approach together with your self-motivation and enthusiasm will determine your suitability.

To be considered for this role, you must also have:

• A customer focus and commitment to providing quality customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service or front-of-house experience.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Numeracy skills, attention to detail and sound keyboard skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using a Point-of-Sale system (Knowledge of Zenoti would be highly regarded).
• KPI and sales experience also highly regarded.
