Uplift Recruitment Pty is seeking an Electrician / Solar Tradie turned Technical Support Specialist in Sydney. The role focuses on helping solar professionals understand technology and achieve better customer outcomes in a Monday–Friday, office-based setting in Macquarie Park.

You don’t need prior office or software experience; training will be provided to transition from field work to technical support, customer success, training, or account management within renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of solar, battery or electrical systems.
• Experience working with solar installers, electricians or renewable energy products optional.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.”

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and help them get started.
• Deliver product demonstrations and practical training.
• Support solar installers with technical questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Explain technical information in a straightforward and practical way.
• Build strong relationships with customers across the solar industry.
• Check in with customers and encourage ongoing use of the platform.
• Share customer feedback with product and development teams.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and activity in the CRM.
