Job summary

Green.com.au seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Operations team in North Sydney. You will help Australians switch to solar, batteries and EV charging, solving problems and guiding customers from first contact to resolution.

This full-time, office-based role reports to the Operations Manager and involves working with suppliers, manufacturers and installers to ensure accurate CRM data and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident communicator on the phone.
• Experience using CRM and support systems.

• Comfortable handling post-sale queries and documenting interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service to customers on every call.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and installers.
• Diagnose technical issues relating to Solar and Battery Systems.
• Process warranty claims with manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and records.
• Support customers with post-sale queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
• Respond to customer queries and questions promptly.
• Clearly identify problems and provide real solutions.
