You will qualify prospects, prepare quotes, and collaborate with installation teams, working with CRM and MS Office tools, while traveling across the Sydney region. A proven sales background in renewable energy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, ideally in renewable energy or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Ability to translate technical solar concepts into customer-friendly terms.
• Target-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers through cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand energy consumption, budget, and sustainability goals.
• Present solar solutions with clear financial/environmental benefits.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining customer relationships.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM with interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with installation/tech teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
