Qualifications
- Experience with solar inverters, PV systems, or battery storage.
- Experience in technical support, field service, or technical engineering.
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms and remote diagnostics.
- Knowledge of Australian/New Zealand electrical codes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional technical support to customers, installers, and partners.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and guide fault resolution.
- Assist with remote commissioning and system configurations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D to resolve complex issues.
